This is a good game. I like it. However, to me it seems once you have discovered which piece you uncovered about your opponent, there should be a way to mark that piece as shown and what rank they are. Its too easy to forget, but the AI has a photographic memory. Can this be fixed?

Wont even open campaign. Crashes constantly and doesnt save your progress after it crashes. This game was better in its original form. Please have a setting to change the board to its original form not these stupid new boards. This is still not worth more that $0.64. This app gets worse every time.

Scenario: enemy Marshal approaching. I deploy my Spy (as shown in the tutorial the Spy is the only piece that can kill a Marshal). My Spy attacks the enemy Marshal. ONE DEAD SPY!!!! Say what????? Not only that but the controls are so terrible the players you pick quite often go the wrong direction! Pretty close to unplayable--not to mention not being able to set up your own pieces: there are only 3 options for defense. You can switch 2 crumby players. Other than that how hard do you think the computer has to think with only three possible options for hiding your flag!!!!!

No options to set up own armies. Just a dumb game.

It constantly crashes. I want my money back.

Bought the new version. Happy to see some improvements. But astonished at rudimentary feature fails. Single player is impossibly easy to beat. Really that hard to program better performance? Plays the same formation and moves repeatedly. Old issues of not being to see opposing formation after game concludes. And with Options cannot just keep the setting to original 1-10 values. Love it and played as a kid but disappointing.

It really needs more campaign missions other than that its ok

But then its just like playing chess against a computer... very boring, non realistic moves. Ruins the original stratego game. No difficulty settings, pretty dull game for iOS. Needs to be sharpened with multiplayer or something... more options, etc...

The gameplay functions well, but the AI is terrible. It is so easy, I have played over 30 games and only lost one time. It says in the description that there are different difficulty settings, but they dont exist. Would be 5 stars if the AI was better, please fix.

I have the board game sitting in the other room. The basis is the same, but the rules are different and its annoying.

It would really be great if there was online play against other players or at least a story mode that has more than 10 battles that are pretty much just teaching you how to play. There also needs to be the capability of placing your players anywhere you want on the board. Fix those things and you will have a great game.

AI got better with this update It is a little more challenging now. Good update. Im raising my rating to 4 stars . I might go five stars let me play the game awhile.

How are you going to make us buy the continuation of the game when we bought the game in the first place? Thats nonsense

- Paid app forces us to pay more money to unlock next campaign? Just ridiculous. - The game is too easy to play. Computer is stupid even on Hard level.

At first it was fun, but after few games I learned all enemy tricks and was not challenging any more. The enemy was just trying to waste time. I cannot play with friends which should be accessiple in the future (hope so)

I liked the original numbering and pieces. Maybe put in an option to make them look more like the original game. The Ai got better but still has a long way to go

Needs multi-player. I want to challenge a friend.

Not sure where all of these 5-star reviews are coming from. You pay to download and pay to play! You get a few levels of fake strategy and have to pay again to unlock more!!!
