Fun game but really needs pass and play multiplayer

Captures the fun and strategy of the board game with just enough cutesy animation to look like it belongs on iOS. The various game modes and achievements make it interesting to play repeatedly. It would be nice if there was an "undo move" feature but that is the only negative point I can think of. Great game!

The game is as per the original and plays well. The computer opponent is fairly weak, and the campaign is not particularly novel or interesting. But still a pretty good buy for the price.

I cant believe Im watching the AI on highest difficulty move back and forth the same two pieces for 20 moves while I annihilate the rest of the board... Please do something.... Its very sad.

This game looks like it was created over night, its not enjoyable and very hard to use. Stick to the board game

it is cool, but quite impossible to lost the game, including on the difficult setting. The program player is not agressive at all, spinning warrior without strategy. Can be cool for young player, but not for stronger player.

The worst app i ever baught, for a steep price on top of it, the computer will never lose even on high difficulty, will just move back and forth back and forth, trash game, i want my money back now. Terrible

Well polished interface, but game ridiculously simple to beat. Not offering online opponents. Not worth buying.

Whats wrong with the so called new & improved AI? Ive never ever been beat by it, even on the 3rd "difficult" level. All the AI does is move 2 or 3 pieces for 20-25 moves. By then youve effectively wiped out its entire army. The last version wasnt much better. But the AI sometimes did suicide runs that sometimes made it win. Please improve the AI.

The AI is very poor and easy to beat. Instead of programming better AI the developers have it know what all your pieces are. If you let the computer player in your turf he will clean out all your pieces and dance around all the bombs. Decent AI isnt that hard to program especially for a board game. Dont waste your money on this.

A.I. needs improvement ASAP. But no alternative though.

Well, I love stratego, but I have some suggestions to make this costly classic game better. 1. Let us place where our pieces go. If this has already been fixed, great! 2. Include local multiplayer. I understand there is a separate game for multiplayer, but come on! At least local. 3. Some of the points aint right with the game. Its confusing. 4.This would be fun. What if you made different options, like a future update and stuff. That would be awesome! Thanks!

Fun for a short while. One campaign, then you have to pay more. Classic mode works best. Campaign and Quick game dont show captured pieces or allow you to change initial position of pieces. Sometimes pieces dont move in the direction you indicate. Can be very frustrating especially when in close proximity to enemy pieces.

Game is ok, but computer seems to know where the bombs are. Also computer is ok with just moving pieces without engaging. Ok for the price, but nothing to write home about.

Please add traditional style units as found in the multiplayer game.

Even at the most difficult level, I can beat the computer quickly every time - and no Im not that good. My dad can beat me every time. The computer makes the most basic mistakes and is even predictable. Horrible. Another thing is that we have to pick from preconfigured board configurations and there is no option to setup own pieces in a custom way.

Very fun app. Its stratego at its finest. Great animation, sound and game play.

I wish the writers would have kept the graveyard. This latest update doesnt have a way to see what I have already captured. Other than that, it seems like a really nice app

There are a few problems: - Settings do not save. - You cannot see the enemys board once the game is over. I understands why this is the case for campaign because the board doesnt change each time you play it, but for board that does change (quick battle and battle), it would be nice to know how the enemy arranged their pieces in that particular battle for self improvement. - The app lacks difficulty adjustment for battle. Even with these minor flaws, I recommends this game.

Fun but hard to move players. Game does not save. Cheaply made.
